A look back
More than 10 years ago, Susan Conza founded Asperger AG (today's twofold academy) to provide IT services for Swiss SMEs and, in parallel, to offer training for gifted young people with Asperger syndrome. More and more, the company realized projects that included not only IT, but also programming and design, and expanded the vocational training accordingly.

Part of every twofold project
Becoming a full-service agency (twofold), where young people with Apserger syndrome could work for larger clients, seemed like the logical next step. Today, the twofold academy is part of every twofold project. In a neurodiverse environment, apprentices receive training tailored to their needs and benefit from working on the variety of twofold projects. In this way, they become the professionals of tomorrow.

The three trainings
We train people in the neurodiverse environment as Interactive Media Designers (EFZ), Computer Scientists in Application Development (EFZ) and as Commercial (EFZ). During your training you will learn the basics of one of these professions and work on various twofold projects. If you complete the apprenticeship successfully, you will receive the official qualification for the respective profession and will be fit to work in the primary labor market.
